Cararu pays Project Managers from upgrades, Job brokerage commissions and Escrows. Every Project Manager is covering with his/her team of helpers his/her area with at least 1 million populations. Project Manager must from start cover all free online and offline Media.

Project Manager gets share of revenue from referred Project Managers in neighbor cities. Project Manager for Job Auctions is required to deliver at least minimum.

10. Earn thru Partnership
You qualify for a Partner (>$250K/annually) once you have referred 5,000 Affiliates in at least 10 of your down lines more or less equally and you have confirmed qualification and >$250K/year guaranty once you referred 5,000 Active Referrals direct.
Average person who doubt he/she can refer anyone, can refer more than 5,000 Affiliates/Month with our System. No hassle, no pressure, just following the procedure. Even most unsuccessful Partners following our Process can refer over 5,000 Affiliates in month and a half.
Partners once qualified are getting Processor status which means they can also earn on processing upgrades, deposits, payouts, etc.
Partners should encourage all the time Affiliates to go Pro, this way Affiliates can earn double for the same efforts!
11. Earn by being a UGNO Member - Ad Poster, UGNO Member Ad Manager, UGNO Member Partner
Cararu pays Member for Ad Posting when Ad Posting is ordered by Cararu. Member is paid only for active ads $0.03 per posted Ad and as long as he/she posts at least 300 active ads per month. Member who posts less than 300 active ads per month won’t get paid. Member can earn with ad posting $30/month. Ad Manager can earn up to $600/month and partner’s earnings can be unlimited. Member – Ad Poster pays monthly for own Ad blast to over 500 cities. Member doesn’t pay for right to work. Ad Manager pays for Ad blast and payment processing for his/her team and Partner pays processing fees for his/her Ad Manager’s teams.
12. Earn by being a UGNO INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Independent Contractor agrees to following conditions:
A.) First month probation period payment is $2,000 + bonus as long as minimum requirements are met
B.) There is $3,000 monthly payment next three months after probation period, as long as minimum requirements are met
C.) After four months monthly payment is $5,000 per month and more as long as minimum requirements are met

F.) When Required Minimum is less than 100% payout is lowered for the same percentage and calculated with real commissions. Only Managers that accomplished Minimum Requirements are getting 100% flat payout as stated above. Managers that accomplished between 60% and 100% are getting paid same percentage. For example if Manager accomplished 75% of the plan, he she is getting paid only 75% of $2,000.00 which is $1,500.00. Every Manager that accomplish beneath 60% get paid by the real commission which is $1.00 per unit. There are usually 1,000+ units per month at the beginning.
The contractor commission paid out will be the one listed at this page. If the commission rate is changed, it will only affect referrals made after the new commission was announced. You may not refer yourself, nor sign up for multiple accounts to collect referral fees. You may also not partner with any other Cararu.com user to share/transfer the commission made from your own account, or else both parties will be kicked from the service without payment.
CAMPAIGN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR’S (PARTNER’S) COMMISSIONS
Over 30,000 upgrades delivered are worth $90,000 and it is required minimum to launch project with profit. We expect delivery of:
1st Week at least 2,000 upgrades
2nd Week at least 3,000 upgrades
3rd Week at least 3,000 upgrades
4th Week at least 3,000 upgrades
2nd Month at least 9,000 upgrades
3rd. Month at least 10,000 upgrades
Failure to deliver 30,000 but only 20,000 upgrades will cost our Company additional $50,000
Failure to deliver 30,000 but only 10,000 upgrades will cost our Company additional $90,000
Failure to deliver 30,000 but only 5,000 upgrades will cost our Company additional $115,000
Failure to deliver 30,000 but below 5,000 upgrades will cost our Company over $150,000 lost for failed promotion.
To avoid failures Cararu monitors campaign first 5 days very close and if it is not going by expectation Cararu pays for work delivered and hire someone else. First 5 days it shows usually to Cararu and its Partner if campaign will payoff to run any further in such partnership or Cararu have to hire someone else. Start should be at latest 5 days after signed contract. Cararu will review with Partner the activities after first week and plan for future.

4th Week $9,000.00
2nd Month $27,000.00
3rd Month $30,000.00
If Partner goes over 30,000 upgrades during the campaign Cararu will pay Partner additional bonus to $90,000.00. Cararu will give you this one campaign in one area, either in Asia, Europe, Americas or Oceania for one project, either classifieds which would be first choice, Job Auctions or iMatch. If Partner does the first campaign right Cararu will sign a contract with Partner for next two years for as many campaigns Partner can handle.
Withdrawing Your Earnings
- Minimum Payout is $100
- You can withdraw it from UGNO or you can withdraw it through a Processor
